Catch 22 Recruitment are seeking experienced Facilities Coordinators to join our team, providing temporary support to a range of prestigious clients across Manchester.

Role Overview:You will assist with the day-to-day management of facilities services, including:

• Responding to facilities queries
• Coordinating maintenance and contractor works
• Supporting health and safety compliance
• Maintaining records and systems
• Providing general administrative support

About You:

• Previous facilities or workplace support experience
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Confident with Microsoft Office
• Flexible to work across different sites as needed
• DBS would be preferred (Most Clients require)
