We are looking for a senior leader to become an integral part of the advisory business, including Customer Experience, Pricing, Cost, Digital Transformation, ESG, and Integration & Separation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong, trusted advisor relationships with client counterparts, serving as the day-to-day/key client contact on engagements.
• Take day-to-day responsibility for small projects and manage significant elements of large engagements.
• Demonstrate expertise and generate insights in IM&D sector.
• Coordinate the preparation of deliverables, workstreams, addressing likely questions and responses from clients.
• Contribute to thought leadership and knowledge management activities.

Profile

• Demonstrable experience in leading strategy. This could be from a big 4 firm, equally could be from a a public sector organisation, or strategy development transformation team in industry.
• Strong understanding of value drivers within the particulary in industry of the manufacturing and defence sectors. This also requires you to be able to drive complex projects or programs in this space.
• Experience in developing and preparing business development pitches
• Demonstrable experience in managing project teams and taking responsibility for end-to-end delivery
