Overview:

DevLogic is hiring a Systems Manager for a professional services group based in Manchester. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working across multiple businesses, leading system improvements, and making a real impact on operations.

The Role:

You’ll take ownership of systems management across several companies, with a focus on Zoho One. Previous experience with Zoho is helpful but not essential – the key is being able to learn quickly and manage systems in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, setup, and improvement of systems using Zoho One.


• Work with business leads to define workflows and automation needs.


• Customise and configure Zoho apps (CRM, Creator, Books, Projects, Desk, etc.).


• Build automation to improve efficiency and scalability.


• Train and support staff on systems usage and best practices.


• Ensure data integrity, consistent reporting, and compliance where needed.


• Create dashboards and reports to support key decision-making.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years’ experience in a systems, CRM, or operations management role.


• Strong experience with Zoho One or similar platforms.


• Good understanding of automation tools like Zapier.


• Strong data skills – managing and turning data into useful reports.


• A proactive, problem-solving approach and excellent communication skills.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in legal, consultancy, or professional services environments.


• Understanding of GDPR and multi-jurisdictional data standards.


• A technical background in Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar.
