Forge Talent are partnering a PE Backed Manufacturing business based in Manchester to recruit a newly created Head of Finance position to support continued growth.

The Head of Finance will play a key role in managing financial operations, treasury & statutory reporting whilst working very closely with the Group CFO.

Responsibilities:

Financial Operations & Treasury

Oversee Cashflow management & forecasting.

Manage ID Facility

Influence business leaders to optimise cash position.

Financial Accounting & Statutory Reporting

Accurate and timely statutory reporting.

Responsible for consolidated financial statements .

Balance sheet control.

Lead for audit.

Financial Planning & Analysis

Detailed analysis on financial performance.

Identify opportunities to maximise profitability.

Team Leadership

Lead and mentor a team of 4.

Provide guidance to ensure a high performing team.

Qualifications:

ACA/ACCA/CIMA

3+ years post qualification experience

Treasury & Cashflow Management

Knowledge of IFRS/UK GAAP

Salary & Benefits:

£80,000-£90,000

10% Bonus
