Shopper Marketing Manager - #1677121

I’m working with a brilliant FMCG business in the premium food space that’s looking for a talented Brand Manager with shopper marketing experience to join their team. It’s a 12-month fixed term contract and based in a fantastic office in Manchester with hybrid working (3 days in, 2 remote).

The Role

You’ll be joining a small, passionate brand team, working across everything from shopper marketing and campaign planning to packaging updates and events. It’s a hands-on role with lots of variety – perfect for someone who enjoys seeing ideas through from start to finish.

You’ll be working closely with sales, commercial, and insights teams to bring the brand to life in-store and online. You’ll also help plan new product launches, support social content, and manage branded materials.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Developing and delivering shopper marketing plans that really drive results


• Helping to shape and roll out annual brand activity


• Managing budgets with care and efficiency


• Working with retailers and the sales team on customer-specific campaigns


• Using consumer insights to steer decisions and shape strategy


• Supporting new launches, packaging tweaks, events and digital planning

What We’re Looking For

• Around 5+ years’ experience in marketing, ideally in FMCG


• Solid experience in shopper marketing or trade activation


• Great at managing projects and juggling priorities


• Confident working with data and insights


• A team player with strong communication skills


• Someone organised, proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
