We are looking for a experienced Business Analysts to join our thriving community.


Our DWP Digital teams are building, maintaining and improving public services used by millions of people.


We have vacancies within a number of our teams here at DWP Digital, where you'll have opportunity to continue to grow your capabilities skills and knowledge through working with Senior/ Lead BAs and the support of the wider community of practice.


You'll continue to develop and improve your knowledge of Business Analysis and Agile principles. And you'll also have chance to coach, lead and mentor others.


You'll lead workshops, interviews, focus groups and utilise other techniques to effectively translate research data into detailed requirements to help deliver value and great outcomes for our users.


A key part of your role will be to work collaboratively with our Product Owners to agree roadmap priorities, feed into delivery plans, new features and products as well as contributing towards prioritisation activities.

What skills, knowledge and experience will you need? How will this be assessed?


You will be invited to complete the Civil Service verbal test and numerical test.

The panel are looking for clear and concise examples of how your experience, skills and knowledge align with the above.

Location: You'll join us in one of our brilliant digital hubs in Birmingham, Blackpool, Leeds, London, Newcastle, Manchester or Sheffield, whichever is most convenient for you.


Hybrid Working: We work a hybrid model - you'll spend some time working at home and some time collaborating face to face in a hub.


Pay: We offer competitive pay of up to £49,906.


Pension: You'll get a brilliant civil service pension with employer contributions worth 28.97%.


Holidays: A generous leave package starting at 26 days rising to 31 days over time.
