The Role:
As part of the Diligence Management function, you will play a key role in supporting prospective investor engagement through every stage of the due diligence process. You will collaborate with Client Relationship Managers, investment professionals and cross-functional teams to prepare comprehensive diligence materials and manage complex investor requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver key due diligence materials, including DDQs, RFPs, RFIs, quantitative data sets, presentations
- Partner with client-facing teams and internal subject matter experts (investment, legal, tax, ops) to coordinate investor interactions such as calls, site visits, and diligence days
- Work with CRMs to develop customised diligence plans and maintain tracking/reporting for each investor process
- Prepare core diligence content ahead of fund launches—standard templates, pitch materials, and investor decks
- Maintain deep knowledge of the firm’s private credit strategies, investment performance and organisational structure
- Leverage internal databases and systems to produce accurate and up-to-date responses
- Assist in managing consultant databases and marketing collateral during live fundraising periods
Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong experience in private credit - essential
- Strong familiarity with private credit strategies and institutional investment processes
- Proven project management skills; ability to coordinate across multiple teams and time zones
- Exceptional writing and communication skills, with a high attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects and maintain a client-first mindset
- Demonstrated teamwork, accountability and a self-starter attitude
