This City based full service law firm is seeking a Senior Associate/Legal Director to join its Chambers/Legal 500 ranked employment team.
Working with a range of clients including multinationals, start-ups, SMEs, family companies, senior executives and individuals the team advises on the full range employment issues including
- working with senior executives and individuals including advising on grievance/disciplinary matters, whistleblowing, discrimination, harassment, victimisation and unfair dismissal
- advising from an employment point of view on reorganisations, corporate transactions, restructurings, redundancies, and TUPE.
- advising employers on HR procedures, employment documentation, dismissal performance and capability management, restrictive covenants, and resolving employment disputes.
You will be a senior employment lawyer who enjoys both the legal aspects of the role as well as being involved in business and practice development.
The ideal candidate will be looking for an entrepreneurial firm which encourages career growth and progression whilst understanding that individuals have a life outside of the office.
