  • Support in client meetings, including delivering cashflow modelling and technical responses

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring all regulatory standards are met

  • Manage your workload effectively and proactively support business targets

  • Contribute to local and national financial planning projects

About You:

  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS) is essential

  • Solid paraplanning experience within wealth management or financial planning

  • Strong technical knowledge and experience delivering written advice

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • A proactive approach to professional development—ideally working towards Chartered status

Why Join?

  • Hybrid Working: Minimum 2 days in the office post-training; flexibility to work from home

  • Career Progression: Opportunities to grow into senior roles or transition to advising through an in-house Adviser Academy

  • Generous Package: Competitive salary (circa £40K-£50K DOE), bonus (~10%), and a comprehensive suite of core and voluntary benefits

Benefits Highlights Include:

  • Private Medical Insurance & Income Protection

  • Generous Holiday Entitlement + Option to Buy Extra Days

  • Fully Funded Professional Qualifications & Study Support

  • Company Pension, Life Assurance, and Employee Assistance Programme

  • Plus voluntary extras like gym discounts, dental & travel insurance, health cash plan, and more

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking firm that places professional development, client care, and innovation at the heart of everything they do.
