Main Purpose of the Role:

• Working closely with the Projects team, Site Operations and Warehouse team to plan resources, equipment, and delivery to ensure each Project is delivered as operationally smooth and safely as possible, within Budgetary control.


• Support with planning with multiple projects.


• On receiving Ops instruction through Smartsheet Project review all available information and start preliminary discussions with Construction manager to ascertain if there are possible red flags that need attention.


• Book Required Equipment for each Project.


• Operate Navision system to obtain and update information daily.


• Check full availability for Period of Build/event/Dismantle.


• Use All Information to Build an in-depth Loading Schedule to meet the requirements of the Path Planner.


• Work Closely with the Yard/warehouse team on Loading Lists, Re- work, and the dispatch of kit.
