- Lead large:scale healthcare projects through all RIBA stages
- Oversee and manage internal teams and external consultants
- Coordinate client presentations, design development, and technical delivery
- Produce and review detailed technical drawings and specifications in Revit (essential)
- Monitor site progress, resolve technical issues, and uphold design quality
- Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and healthcare:specific standards
- Take full responsibility for project delivery, budget oversight, and team leadership
- Fully qualified Architect (ARB registered) with significant post:qualification experience
- Substantial experience leading large:scale healthcare projects
- Strong Revit skills and confident working in a BIM environment
- Demonstrable experience running jobs independently from concept through delivery
- Deep understanding of UK building regulations and healthcare design guidelines (e.g. HBNs/HTMs)
- Strong leadership, communication, and client:facing skills
