Mitie Technical Services are looking for a PPM Delivery Administrator, based in the Whiteley, Hampshire.

What are the Job Objectives and Responsibilities?

Support PPM delivery Manager with;

• PPM/ET&I programme delivery
• PPM/ET& Allocations
• Weekly/monthly reporting
• Data Management
• PPM/ET&I compliance checks
• Client Reports
• Conduct compliance checks in line with business/contract requirements
• Understand and comply with policies and procedures
• Undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as required
  
  

What are the Person Specification and Experience required?

• Logistical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and result-oriented with a positive outlook
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload and multi-task
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, both verbally and in writing, within all levels of the
• business and to external parties
• Willing to learn new skills and take opportunities to expand quality of service
• Microsoft Intermediate Excel skills
• Knowledge of Maximo or similar CAFM system
• Experience of working in a similar maintenance administrator role
  
  

Health And Safety Responsibilities

• Follow Group and company policies and procedures at all times;
• Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment;
• Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received;
