Laundry Operative - #1671454

Kinetic Industrial are currently supporting an international textile client in recruiting Laundry Operatives for their Trafford Park site.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, working Monday to Friday rotating shifts (6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm). It's an excellent chance to grow and refine your warehouse skills in a unique and dynamic environment.

Role

• Working with industrial washing machines and dryers
• Laundering various types of workwear
• Completing basic maintenance work on the machines
• Sorting and folding garments
• Loading / unloading chemical drums
• Packing orders
• Working within the goods-in department
• Completing a variety of tasks to ensure all laundry is completed to the highest of standards
  
  

Requirements

• Experience of working within a warehouse environment
• Comfortable working on your feet throughout the shift
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must be able to work both 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 6am
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment within a team
• Excellent attention to detail
• Experience with using a Sewing Machine is desirable but not essential
