The Role

As Housekeeping Manager, you will lead our hardworking housekeeping team, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel. You’ll be at the heart of creating a 5-star guest experience, managing all housekeeping operations with energy, professionalism, and pride.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a motivated housekeeping team.
• Oversee all daily operations, including room scheduling, linen management, and stock control.
• Conduct regular inspections to uphold top-tier cleanliness.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Manage departmental budgets, resources, and performance KPIs.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene protocols.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years’ experience in a senior housekeeping role (ideally at manager level) in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
• Proven team leadership and development skills.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and a guest-centric mindset.
