Your mission
As a PMO Lead, you'll build up best practices and processes for the Peak team within the Professional Services team and be responsible for further alignment with UiPath long term. You'll drive UiPath's thought leadership on project management and AI delivery, ensuring we deliver game-changing AI solutions to some of the world's best companies. You'll create and maintain operational excellence, streamline processes, and leverage innovative AI technologies to empower product, engineering and professional services teams to build at scale. This role also requires proven ability to wear multiple hats, prioritize, not get stuck, and adapt in an environment that’s growing and changing fast.
What you'll do at UiPath
Develop and refine delivery methodologies, introducing best practices and leveraging best-in-class tools/technology to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of customer onboardings.
Lead the management of Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools, establish key metrics, and deliver insights into project performance and resource utilization.
Manage end-to-end resource planning, allocation, and prioritization, balancing customer needs with team capacity.
Foster cross-functional collaboration, serving as a liaison between product, engineering, and other teams to create alignment on goals and ensure practices meet product standards.
Implement AI and automation tools to streamline operations, reporting, and customer engagement.
Design and deliver high-quality training materials on project management, continuously improving processes based on feedback and best practices.
What you'll bring to the team
5+ years of experience in technology program/project management focused on software development and systems integration, with proven leadership in Professional Services or PMO.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on metrics and reporting, coupled with financial acumen in budgeting and cost tracking processes.
Expertise in PSA tools (ideally FinancialForce), with experience in SDLC methodologies and continuous integration.
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with global stakeholders, building trust through transparent communication.
A proactive, self-starting attitude with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement in PMO processes.
Experience in leveraging AI or automation tools for operational efficiency, with PMP / PRINCE II certification and Scrum knowledge as a plus.
