Our client is a dynamic and innovative communications agency, specialising in delivering top-notch Exhibitions both nationally and internationally. We are supporting them with their search for a talented and motivated Exhibitions Project Manager to join their growing team.

Job Title: Exhibition Project Manager

Location: South Manchester (Hybrid)

Company: Independent Growing Exhibition Design Agency

Salary: Up to 30k - 35k

Responsibilities:

• Manage the planning and execution of large-scale exhibitions from start to finish


• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production, design, and logistics


• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded


• Develop and manage project budgets and timelines


• Oversee on-site event operations, ensuring smooth running and problem resolution


• Source and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure best value for the client


• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, and proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field


• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event management, preferably in an agency environment


• Proven track record of delivering successful, complex events with excellent project management skills


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills


• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines


• Knowledge of event production, including audio-visual, lighting, and rigging


• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and producing innovative and memorable events
