Key Responsibilities

• Manage the quality management processes and ensure they are being followed through internal audits.


• Ensure accreditation of the ISO9001 and VCA are maintained by keeping the procedures and processes updated and successfully audited.


• Obtaining and maintaining external certification for regulatory products (ERADIS/RISQS). These are for products that must be certified for use in the railway industry. The task is to perform the administration involved in gaining the certification.


• Maintain a good level of understanding of the applicable road and rail standards for lighting with the aim of ensuring product compliance.


• Review the quality requirements of new bids with sales for relevant customer enquiries.
