A highly regarded defendant Clinical Negligence team is recruiting a Solicitor looking for an exciting opportunity to advance their career. As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will:
Manage your own caseload of Clinical Negligence claims, to include high-value and complex cases
Provide proactive and strategic management of claims on behalf of defendant clients including NHS resolution
Assist partners in handling complex matters and offer secondment support to key clients remotely and on-site
Conduct legal research, advise on the implications of new statues, regulations and case law
Supervise junior fee earners and contribute to business development initiatives
What they are looking for:
A qualified Solicitor, ideally 1-4 years PQE, however strong NQs with relevant experience will also be considered
Clinical Negligence experience is preferred defendant or claimant, or experience in catastrophic personal injury cases
Previous exposure to inquest or healthcare advisory work is advantageous
Passion for developing client relationships, delivering exceptional service and managing complex claims
Defendant experience preferred but open to claimant.
