Our mission is to deliver outstanding services that create meaningful change for the people we support, their communities, and our colleagues.The RoleWe’re seeking a Junior Accountant who is passionate about numbers and eager to develop their skills in an accounting practice environment. Working closely with our finance team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the financial health of our organisation.Key Responsibilities: * Managing revenue streams, invoicing, and accrued revenue postings * Performing credit control functions. * Maintaining expenditure records and coding invoices accurately. * Posting payments and receipts, organising, and filing invoices. * Assisting the team with month-end processes. * Performing account and bank reconciliations. * Supporting the preparation of year-end accounts and quarterly VAT returns. * Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts.What’s in It for You?We believe in rewarding talent and offering opportunities for career growth.
