WASTE & RECYCLING MATERIALS PROCESSING SPECIALIST TO MANAGE MULTISITE OPERATIONS ACROSS GREAT BRITTAIN

TITLE: National Operations Manager - Waste Management & Recycling Processing

SALARY: Circa £75,000 plus car and bonus

LOCATION: Any location with good main motorway network access considered

ROLE: National Operations Manager - Waste Management & Recycling Processing

You will be responsible for rolling out the board’s national waste processing strategy and ensuring throughput is maximisedYou will be responsible for the successful delivery of service on a national levelYou will strive to improve profitability and efficiencyYou will work closely with the compliance team You will look to deliver strong employee engagement across a multifunctional team

EXPERIENCE: National Operations Manager - Waste Management & Recycling Processing

You will have experience in the Waste Management Sector, primarily responsible for waste processing operationsYou will be a proven leader / man manager in a multi-site regional or national environmentYou will have examples of improvements, effecting service delivery and driving employee engagement in previous roles.

Useful qualifications or training (non-essential) IOSH, NEBOSH, COTC / WAMITAB, IEMA, ILM, MBA, Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Management, Financial, Six Sigma, Kanban, 5S, 5 Whys, TPS, Kaizen or other Lean or Continuous Improvement training.
