We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a respected and growing cleaning services provider, for an experienced Mobile Cleaning Manager to oversee multiple cleaning teams across Greater Manchester. This role is predominantly focused on construction site cleaning, but also includes responsibilities in commercial settings such as offices and retail spaces.

About the Role:

As Mobile Cleaning Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting site-based cleaning teams, ensuring high standards of service are consistently delivered across all locations. You will play a key role in team supervision, site audits, client liaison, and ensuring health & safety compliance.

This is a hands-on, field-based role suited to someone who is proactive, organised, and confident in managing people and processes across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of cleaning teams across construction and commercial sites

• Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure cleaning standards are met

• Provide leadership, training, and support to team members

• Maintain strong relationships with site managers and clients

• Ensure compliance with company procedures, site safety regulations, and industry standards

• Manage stock levels of equipment and cleaning materials

• Complete necessary paperwork and reports accurately and on time

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a cleaning management or supervisory role

• Full UK driving licence (essential)

• SSSTS certification (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)

• Valid CSCS card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to plan, prioritise and adapt in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of health & safety and COSHH regulations
