Ideal Candidate Profile

The firm is seeking a talented solicitor with at least 1 PQE and a keen interest in property damage litigation and subrogated recoveries. The ideal candidate should demonstrate:

Strong technical litigation skills

Excellent attention to detail

A proactive, can-do attitude

A genuine desire to forge a career in dispute resolution

Key Responsibilities

As part of this top-tier commercial insurance litigation team, you will handle complex claims, including:

• 
  Fire damage disputes


• 
  Water escape and flood damage claims


• 
  Chemical leaks and environmental liability cases


• Construction and engineering disputes

You will work alongside a national and international litigation team, collaborating with professionals across Manchester, Birmingham, and London.

Required Experience

Candidates should have experience in at least one of the following areas:

• Property damage litigation


• Commercial insurance litigation (e.g., subrogated loss, professional indemnity)


• General commercial litigation (e.g., debt recovery, contractual disputes)


• Large-scale liability disputes
