Role Overview:The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing and delivering major security projects, including CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm systems. These projects can be valued up to £750K, and you will oversee multiple ongoing projects at any given time. A proven background in managing these types of projects, with strong commercial and contractual expertise, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver complex security projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and the successful delivery of solutions.

• Oversee project teams, ensuring that all health and safety and compliance standards are met.

• Handle project budgets, forecasts, and contractual management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing major projects involving CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm solutions.

• Strong commercial and contractual management skills.

• A confident, dynamic personality with the ability to manage key accounts and lead teams effectively.

• Strong technical knowledge is preferred, but not essential.

• A background in delivering projects with a value of up to £750K.
