As a Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the People and Business Support functions. Strong communication skills, excellent organisation, and keen attention to detail are essential for success in this position.


This is a part-time position and we are flexible as to how this could work, though we anticipate an average of around 24 hours per week. Up to £28,000 FTE.


RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Conduct monthly maintenance and audits of the BreatheHR system.

  • Prepare and submit monthly spreadsheets to Grupo Bimbo.

  • Support the payroll submission process.

  • Support the generation of HR reports.

  • Provide support for the onboarding process from offer letter to start date, including preparing contracts, sending out welcome emails and pre-employment checks.

  • Draft and format company letters.

  • Support with coordination and tracking of training sessions.

  • Assist in candidate screening using LinkedIn Recruiter.

  • Process purchase orders (POs) through M3.

  • Monitor and track spending against the budget.

  • Support a variety of HR activities and general office administration as required.

  • Make sure office supplies are restocked regularly and handle purchasing as needed.


PERSON SPECIFICATION



  • Administrative experience.

  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Positive and proactive attitude.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
