Tiny Tots Recruitment is excited to offer a wonderful opportunity for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a vibrant, creative, and supportive team in a fun and nurturing nursery setting in Bolton. Nursery Practitioner – Level 3
Tiny Tots Recruitment - Bolton, Full-time.
This is the ideal role for someone who loves making a difference in children's lives, while working in an environment that fosters creativity, teamwork, and a genuine love for learning.
Requirements:


  • A Level 3 childcare qualification or equivalent

  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures

  • A passion for early childhood development with at least 2 years' experience in a similar setting

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work well with children, parents, and colleagues

  • A proactive, caring, and flexible approach with a commitment to the ongoing development of children

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive nursery culture
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Creating and delivering exciting, hands-on, and age-appropriate play experiences for children, ensuring they're safe and engaged

  • Using the EYFS framework to plan and implement stimulating activities that enhance children's learning and development

  • Observing, documenting, and extending children's progress while offering tailored support

  • Building strong, positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and families to create a welcoming and supportive environment

  • Keeping accurate and up-to-date children's records, ensuring all documentation is in line with nursery policies

  • Demonstrating a proactive approach to inclusion and working within safeguarding and health and safety guidelines

  • Collaborating with a team to provide the highest standards of care and education
