Job Description
The Commercial Property Litigation Solicitor will:
- Manage a caseload of landlord and tenant disputes.
- Advise investors, developers, retailers, and corporate occupiers on national property portfolios.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver exceptional client service.
- Contribute to business development and client relationship initiatives.
- Stay abreast of legal developments in commercial property law.
The Successful Applicant
The Commercial Property Litigation Solicitor should be:
- A solicitor with 4+ years PQE in commercial property litigation.
- Experienced in landlord and tenant disputes.
- Skilled in advising diverse clients, including investors and corporate occupiers.
- Proficient in managing complex caseloads and meeting deadlines.
- Committed to delivering high-quality client service.
