An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading UK law firm’s Housing Disrepair team in Manchester. As a Paralegal, you will manage your own caseload of pre- and post-issue Housing Disrepair claims from start to finish. This fast-paced, target-driven role offers significant career progression, with the potential to transition into a training contract. Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of 12 months’ experience handling Housing Disrepair claims


• Proven ability to manage a caseload from start to finish


• Strong knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules, litigation trends, and precedent


• Demonstrated ability to negotiate settlements and represent clients in court


• Excellent client care and the ability to deliver results


• Tenacity and enthusiasm to achieve the best possible outcomes


• 
  Proclaim case management system experience (preferred)
