A well-respected business in Malton is looking for an Insurance Advisor to join their team.

You will ideally have Insurance or Financial Services experience, but must have experience in an office-based customer service role and love building relationships with customers. If this sounds like you, it could be the perfect opportunity to step into a rewarding career.

In this role, you’ll be supporting customers and clients by providing expert advice, handling queries, and ensuring they receive the best possible service. 1. Speaking with clients to understand their needs and provide helpful solutions


2. Managing policy administration, including processing new business, renewals, and adjustments


3. Liaising with insurers and other stakeholders to resolve queries and manage claims


4. Delivering excellent customer service while ensuring accuracy and compliance


5. Spotting opportunities to offer additional products and services that benefit clients

If you have experience within Insurance, Financial Services or an office-based customer service role, strong communication skills, and enjoy building relationships, we’d love to hear from you!

This full-time role offers a salary of £25,000–£28,000, depending on experience, with working hours of Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm.
