The Growth Company's (GC) Marketing team has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive.
In this role you will support the Marketing Business Partner in planning and executing marketing activities by taking ownership of key tasks and workstreams.
This role involves creating high-quality, industry-aligned content while adhering to best practices. Additionally, manage partner relationships on specific projects and lead communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage B2B campaigns online and offline, including research of best practices.
- Produce engaging and informative marketing materials, such as newsletters and direct mails.
- Manage digital marketing tools, including CMS, email marketing, Google Analytics, and social scheduling platforms.
- Promote and coordinate events, tracking engagement and lead generation success.
- Report to management or senior management on specific programs, projects, or workstreams.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Skills Required
- Experience in a marketing role in the private or public sector.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Experience managing relationships with external agencies/contractors.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Ability to track and analyse marketing performance, making data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of innovation ecosystem and services, industry trends, and challenges faced by businesses in Greater Manchester.
- Proficient in using digital content, planning, and marketing measurement tools.
- Experience in setting up digital and social media paid campaigns.
