Key Responsibilities
Job Summary and key responsibilities
- Follow up on existing leads to secure new instructions
- Engage with businesses daily to build and nurture strong client relationships
- Qualify and convert leads from email marketing campaigns
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
- Support the Business Development Team by booking qualified appointments
- Handle inbound sales calls, qualifying leads and providing an excellent first impression
- Consistently meet and exceed individual KPIs
- Carry out additional duties as directed by the Business Development Team Manager in line with business needs
- Highly organised, proactive, and efficient under pressure
- Positive, engaging, and confident communicator
- Strong telephone manner and interpersonal skills
- Skilled negotiator with the ability to influence decision-makers
- Target-driven with a proven track record of meeting KPIs
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
- Technically proficient with strong MS Word and Excel skills
- Experience using Salesforce and Pardot (preferred)
- Maintains high levels of discretion and confidentiality
- Previous experience in B2B telesales within a target-driven environment
- Experience in the Business Rates sector is a strong advantage
