Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to join a fast paced, well-established award-winning real estate business, you will be exposed to a variety of interesting and exciting projects whilst having full support to progress your career!


Based in our Manchester or Warrington office with frequent visits to site you will project manage high profile workspace fit outs and refurbishments with values ranging from 50k - 20m, general commercial building surveys, preparing and negotiating schedules of dilapidations!

· A highly competent surveyor who provides an exceptional standard of service.


· A confident leader who can train and mentor junior colleagues.


· Someone effective in maintaining and growing client relationships.


· Someone experienced in presenting and pitching for new business.


· Someone with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.


· Someone who is confident and able to represent the business at industry events.


Technical Requirements


· A minimum of 3 years post qualification experience.


· Experience working for a commercial Building Consultancy practice.


· Experience of Contract Administration and Cost Control.


· Experience of the Law of Dilapidations.


· Working knowledge and experience administering the JCT suite of contracts.
