Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and making a real difference in people’s day-to-day experience? We're on the lookout for a proactive and people-focused Customer Experience Executive to join our friendly team in South Manchester



You’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth operations and delivering a positive experience at every step



Duties:



Collecting all relevant information related to statutory claims for Payroll assessment



Facilitating access to the Timesheet Portal to ensure efficient invoicing and prompt payments



Managing complaints and insurance claims, from initial feedback to escalation at tribunal level



Completing reference checks and dealing with HR enquiries



Handling HR-related enquiries, including employment status confirmations for HMRC and reference requests



Managing the end-of-contract process, ensuring pension and holiday pay are addressed prior to issuing P45s



Providing clear guidance on queries related to payments, expenses, and payslips



Supporting financial wellbeing by facilitating access to pension schemes and employee benefits portals



The successful candidate will have/be:



Proven experience in a customer service role



Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with knowledge of Excel



A strong attention to detail with accuracy in data entry and record keeping



A process driven mindset and attitude



A great telephone manner and top notch communication skills



Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
