The Position
Lending a helping hand across branding, art direction and advertising projects, you’ll pair your creative flair with your strategic mindset to ensure the work you deliver is nothing short of showstopping.
With a big roster of clients, there are plenty of projects to delve into, including destinations, attractions and lifestyle brands, so you’ll take the lead, inspiring and motivating the team around you to guarantee success!
You’ll be a confident and articulate communicator, someone who can drive the business forward by influencing clients, pitching ideas and presenting at a board-level. You’ll be responsible for overseeing junior members and managing freelance support and external suppliers too, so you’ll be an organised and integral part of the studio!
What We’re Looking For
First and foremost, you’ll be an adaptable and conceptual thinker. With a really keen eye for detail, you know how to communicate successfully and activate design effectively.
We’re after a leader who is happy to roll up their sleeves, so we want to hear all about your experience with mentoring and helping people to develop and grow in their roles.
We want to see a portfolio that’s full to the brim with design experience - we’re talking branding, design and art direction. Fluent in the Adobe Suite, you’ll talk us through your successes and challenges, and if you’ve got any experience in motion graphics or UX/UI, we’d love to see some examples of this too!
