Role: Helpdesk Customer Advisor
Contract Length: 6 months
Location: Manchester - The contractor will be required to work from the offices 5 days per week
Pay Rate to Candidate: £12.60 PAYE
A Helpdesk Customer Advisor is required to join a rail client on a 6-month contract in Manchester. As an Advisor, you will be required to deliver customer service to a range of internal and external Shared Services customers. Responsibilities include operating high volume query management system answering queries in relation to payroll, recruitment, payables and personal protective equipment, keeping customers informed of query progress, dealing with many customer queries, providing an engaging, positive, vibrant and extraordinary customer experience, developing and improving relationships with stakeholders, highlighting areas of potential improvement at the daily / weekly focus groups.
The successful candidate must have experience in managing difficult conversations to a positive outcome, and be able to demonstrate the ability to influence stakeholders positively. You must have excellent listening and customer service skills, and great telephone manner. The desirable candidate will have occupational knowledge of shared services, and have experience with ORACLE eBusiness Suite.
