We are looking for a dynamic, driven, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Development Representative in Lincoln. Your Journey as a Sales Development Representative



Your journey will start with two weeks of intensive training at our state-of-the-art Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre in Colchester. You'll receive industry-leading training through one-to-one and group sessions, ensuring you're equipped with the knowledge and skills to excel in your role. You'll even enjoy a fully-paid hotel stay during your training.


What You'll Be Doing



  • Achieving Business Targets: Ensure that your daily, weekly, and monthly targets are consistently met.


  • Valuation Generation: Proactively manage and communicate with valuation opportunities through our software system, ROSIE.


  • Canvassing Champion: Implement a structured door-knocking and zonal canvassing strategy to generate leads.


  • Engage in Daily Activities: Conduct outbound calls, respond to intranet leads, and attend regular meetings with your line manager for coaching and business development.


  • Generate Referral Business: Deliver exceptional customer engagement to build referral business and brand reputation.


  • Build Your Personal Brand: Utilize social media, videos, and other communication channels to promote your personal and professional brand.


  • Prospect and Build Relationships: Engage in local canvassing, prospecting activities, and follow-up with inbound calls for valuation opportunities.
