Berkeley Scott are proud to partner with an iconic luxury resort in the Cotswolds incorporating a multi-rosette winning restaurant to find a passionate Senior Sous Chef to join the kitchen team. You will report directly to the Executive Chef and lead your brigade. They pride themselves on continual growth whilst utilising fresh local produce and nurturing talent.

Your New Role as Our Senior Sous Chef:

• High-Standard Scratch Cooking: Craft exceptional dishes to a two-rosette standard using the finest ingredients.


• Team Management: Lead, manage, and motivate the kitchen brigade alongside the Executive Chef.


• Food Safety and Hygiene: Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards in order to ensure 5-star food hygiene ratings.


• Kitchen Cleanliness: Maintain a pristine and organised kitchen.


• 
  Menu Planning and Design: Innovate and design menus that captivate and delight guests.

What We Ask of You:

• A genuine passion for creating the highest quality food using the best ingredients.


• Demonstrated success as a Sous, Senior Sous or Head Chef in high-quality, multi-rosette standard luxury hotels or restaurants.


• Strong organisational skills and excellent communication.


• Have the full Right to Work in the UK.
