DCT Recruitment are seeking experiences Client Executive to work with our client in Manchester. To service a number of existing to meet our clients’ demands and needs as well as building your own portfolio through driving new business. To build a large, European, independent, family-owned insurance brokerage group in which talents blossom and client satisfaction is continually high. Our client have established Client Services teams in Manchester. This role will be based in our Manchester team, which is currently made up of four other Corporate Client Directors. The volume of business is rising rapidly and career opportunities within Manchester and in the wider our client group are excellent should individuals demonstrate the required skills and success in their role.Key AccountabilitiesClient Relationship management – you will have overall responsibility for your clients including service and broking co-ordinationFinding and winning new clientsStrategic and directional planning for management of your clients including liaising with the Account Chairman (where appropriate)Facilitating and overseeing introductions along with on-going management to other areas of the business (e.g. Claims, Risk Management, Credit, EB, Private Clients)Client visitsCreating and delivering Client Service PlanEnsuring appropriate resources are in place to deliver agreed servicesAgreeing appropriate remuneration with clientClient entertainment participation and oversightCredit controlEnsuring clients are fully aware of policy coverage ,conditions, limitationsCreating an active pipeline and recording on ActurisEstablishment of client demands, needs, cover requirements and programme designFact Find completion and organisation of additional underwriting information (e.g. claims experience, surveys, questionnaires etc.)Liaising with Broker on broking strategy to be employed and contributing as necessarySigning off Broking presentationsDeveloping the renewal strategy for each of your clientsEstablishment any changes to client demands, needs, cover requirements and programmer designFact Find and underwriting information updates (Informally every year. Formally whenever re-broking takes place or every 3 years)Liaison with Broker / AH on any re-broking strategy to be employed and contributing as necessarySigning off Broking presentationsPerson Specification•Cert CII (Essential)•Dip CII (Desirable)•Considerable experience in the corporate insurance industry •Extensive working knowledge of General Commercial Lines business and the Broking market•Previous Client Executive experience within a Corporate broker would be an advantage, although candidates who can demonstrate when they have stepped up and displayed the required behaviours will be considered•Demonstrable drive, self-motivation and determination to achieve results•Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills combined with a proven track record of relationship management and customer focus•Strong influencing, negotiation and leadership skills•Team player•Customer obsessed •Consistently demonstrates behaviors conducive to achieving both personal and team objectives, in line with the core values •Target book size of £250,000 made up of more smaller Corporate cases (sub £7,500 fee income)•Strong working knowledge of the Acturis system To apply, please send your CV to (url removed) or call on (phone number removed)
