As a Catastrophic Injury Solicitor, you will:



Manage a caseload of catastrophic and serious injury claims

Assist senior lawyers on multi-million-pound cases

Provide expert advice on liability, quantum, and litigation strategy

Draft legal documents and engage in settlement negotiations

Deliver top-tier client service and build strong relationships

Stay ahead of legal developments in catastrophic injury and insurance law



The ideal candidate:



A qualified Solicitor or CILEX, NQ+ PQE.

Experience in defendant personal injury litigation is preferred

Strong background in catastrophic and/or serious injury claims

Deep knowledge of personal injury law, liability, and quantum

Outstanding analytical, organisational, and communication

A proactive, client-focused approach with a commitment to excellence
